I wanted my daughters to be part of the heart behind my business, so I put our names into a scrambler and Kallé was born. They are my reason, my motivation, and the inspiration behind the passion I bring to my work every day. Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and mine, I require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. A 50% fee will apply for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. This policy allows me to honor the time I’ve reserved for you, while also supporting the stability of my business and the well-being of my family. Thank you for understanding!
